Biography
A three-day conference sponsored by Dartmouth College and the American Council on Education on film teaching and the place of film studies in a liberal arts education. The conference included the presentation of papers, panel discussions, and the showing of films, including the 11 winning films from teh National Student Film festival and the premiere of Columbia Studio's King Rat. Presenters and participants included Arthur Knight, George Stoney, Pauline Kael, Colin Young, and Shirley Clarke.
