Dartmouth College. Students for a Democratic Society

Biography

Students for a Democratic Society is a non-partisan educational organization which seeks to promote greater active participation on the part of all Americans in the resolution of present-day injustices that plague our nation. It is hoped that such participation will contribute to their awareness of the need for the establishment in the United States of a truly free and equal nation in which the principle regulating production, distribution, and exchange will be providing for human needs, and under which human rights will be protected and extended.
