Hanover Country Club

 

Biography

The Hanover Country Club was a college-owned, semi-private golf course open to the public. It was located on the campus of Dartmouth College in Hanover, New Hampshire, United States. The club was founded during the 1890s and laid out the first nine holes of the current course, known as Hilton Field, in 1899. Dartmouth acquired the course and added second nine holes during 1920. In 2020 college leadership decided to close the course.
