Stefansson Library

 

Biography

The Stefansson Library was the personal library of Arctic explorer and author, Viljalmur Stefansson, and was focused on polar exploration and regions. The library was gifted to Dartmouth College and forms the nucleus of the Staffansson Collection at Rauner Special Collections Library at Dartmouth.
