Grafton County. Committee on Food Production, Conservation and Distribution. (1917-1919)
In order to stimulate food production and conservation during World War I, the executive committee of the Committee on Public Safety appointed a sub-committee of thirty-two men. This committee soon resolved itself into the Central Food Committee. Each town and city in the state named a local committee on food production, conservation and distribution to cooperate with the Central Food Committee.
