Five-page summons by the Grafton County, New Hampshire Justice of the Peace to the Grafton County Sheriff for Nathaniel Merrill to appear in court to answer to the charges of Moses Plummer. Endorsed as served. Attached is a bill drawn by Plummer against Merrill for abusing the privileges of the office as prudential committee for School district No. 11.
