Biography
James Hervey Bingham was born on April 11, 1781 in Lempster, New Hampshire. He was a town clerk in Claremont, New Hampshire from 1828-1838, a representative of the New Hampshire General Court and a member of the New Hampshire State Senate from 1816-1817 and 1822. Bingham was a member of the New Hampshire House of Representatives from 1812-1814 and 1824. He died on March 31, 1859.
