Biography
Theodor S. Geisel (1904-1991). Author and illustrator. Dartmouth College class of 1925. Geisel (known more popularly by his nom de plume, Dr. Seuss) authored and illustrated over 60 books including some of the most popular children's books of the 20th century, including "The Cat in the Hat," "The Lorax" and "Green Eggs and Ham."
