Horace, Russell, 1843-1913

 

Biography

Horace Russell was an 1865 graduate of Dartmouth College and a 1866 graduate of the Harvard Law School. He was Assistant District Attorney of Manhattan, 1873-1880 and Judge of the Superior Court, 1880-1893.
