Biography
Dartmouth College Class of 1860. He commenced teaching at once and was principal of the academies of at Chester and Bradford VT.And at new Ipswich,N.H. He was also superintendent of the schools in Montpelier,VT and Lebanon, N.H. He fitted students for Amherst,Williams,Dartmouth,and Harvard colleges.
