Carlson, Albert Sigfrid, 1907-1975

 

Biography

Albert Carlson was born on July 4, 1907 in Worcester, Mass. He graduated from Clark University with an AB in 1929 and was hired by the Geology and Geography Department of Dartmouth College in 1929. He also taught in the Economics Department from 1933-1942 and retired as Professor Emeritus of Geography in 1972. He died in Hanover in 1975
