Ives, Almon Bingham, 1909-1991



Almon Ives was born on July 12, 1909 in Bloomington, Indiana. He graduated with an AB from Illinois Wesleyan College in 1931 and was hired by Dartmouth College in 1939 as member of the Speech Department. He retired as Professor of Speech Emeritus in 1984. Almon Ives died May 18, 1991 in Hanover, NH.

Scope and Contents The oral history interview of Almon Ives is comprised of three audiocassette recordings and a tape log of the recordings.
