Lindahl, Martin Leroy, 1903-1987

 

Biography

Martin Lindahl was born on April 29, 1903 in Winton, Minnesota. He graduated from Carleton College in 1924 as was hired by Dartmouth College as a member of the Economics Department in 1931. He served as chairman of the department from 1953-1957 and retired as Professor of Economics Emeritus in 1968. He died in 1987 in Hanover, NH.
