Abstract

Willard Connely (1888-1967), author. The collection contains typescripts of four of his books, "William Wycherley"(1930), "The True Chesterfield" (1939), "The Reign of Beau Brummel" (1940) and "Young Farquhar: The Restoration Drama at Twilight" (1949), together with the research notebooks for "The True Chesterfield" and "The Reign of Beau Brummel."
