Biography

Charles Stanley Nott was born in 1887 in Bedfordshire, England. He was an author, publisher, translator and a student of G. I. Gurdjieff. Nott had a publishing business in London until the outbreak of World War II. In 1932, he helped A. R. Orage to start "The New English Weekly." Nott died in 1978.
