Biography
Andrew Mack was born on June 19, 1786 in Londonderry, New Hampshire. He graduated from Dartmouth College in 1808 after which he taught at Gilmanton Academy from until 1810. From 1810-1811 Mack was a tutor at Dartmouth and then principal of Hampton Academy for one year. He returned to Gilmanton Academy in 1812 and stayed there until 1821. From 1821-1828, Mack was at Haverhill Academy, returning, once again, to Gilmanton in 1831. Mack died on June 16, 1875.
