Biography
Clifton Tisdale Edgerly was born on April 23, 1890 in Leonminster, Massachusetts. He graduated from Dartmouth College in 1910 and from Yale Unviersity with a PhD in French in 1918. Edgerly was the head of Modern Language at New Rochelle High School in New Rochelle, New York. He died in 1971.
