Biography
Moses Dow was born on February 17, 1747 in Haverhill, Massachusetts. He was a Revolutionary War soldier, state senator for the Fourth Provincial Congress, postmaster, registrar of probate and Justice of the Peace. Dow died on March 31, 1811.
