Biography
Mills Olcott was born on May 21, 1774 in Norwich, Vermont. He graduated from Dartmouth College in 1790. He was also the secretary and the treasurer of Dartmouth at different points in his college career. He became an attorney and couselor of law. In 1828, Mills was elected to the Board of Trustees of Dartmouth College. He died on July 11, 1845.
