Biography
Edward Webster Hutchins was born on March 21, 1851, in Charlestown, Massachusetts. He was the son of Henry Clinton Hutchins, a lawyer who graduated from Dartmouth College in 1840, and Harvard Law School in 1843. After being admitted to the bar in 1843, Henry C. Hutchins opened the law practice of Hutchins & Wheeler and was joined there by his son Edward Webster after he was admitted to the Bar in 1876. Edward Webster Hutchins died on June 23, 1929 in Brooksville, Maine.
