Clark, Greenleaf, 1835-1904

 

Biography

Greenleaf Clark was born in 1835 in New Hampshire. He graduated from Dartmouth College in 1855, after which he went to Harvard Law School from which he graduates in 1857. He was admitted to the bar that same year and settled in St. Paul, Minnesota. In 1881, he was appointed Judge of the Superior Court of the State of Minnesota. In 1904, Clark received the degree of LL.D. from Dartmouth College. He died in December 1904.
