Biography

Cyrus Parker Bradley was born in 1818 in Canterbury, NH. In 1829, Bradley moved with his family to Concord, NH when his father was appointed to the position of State librarian. In 1828, Bradley attended Phillips Exeter Academy as a "charity scholar." After Exeter he entered Dartmouth College, graduating in 1837. He returned home to Concord, NH where he became severely ill and died on July 6, 1838.

Abstract

Cyrus Parker Hill (1818-1838), Dartmouth College Class of 1837. The collection contains a typescript copy of the diary he kept while at Phillips Exeter Academy and Dartmouth, 1832-1837.
