Biography
Robert Kimball was born in 1786 in Plainfield, New Hampshire. He was a merchant in Lebanon and later President of the Bank of Lebanon. He died in 1875.

Abstract
John Elias Frost scrapbook with clippings, including clippings on President Lincoln's assassination, kept while he was a child. Clippings are pasted on the pages of the day book of Robert Kimball (1786-1875), a merchant in Lebanon, NH. Frost was given the day book in 1865 by Kimball's sister, Betsy Kimball, who boarded with his father.
