Hill, Frank Richard, 1927-2004
Biography
F. Richard Hill was born on March 10, 1927 in Manchester, New Hampshire. He enlisted in the US Navy during World War II and graduated from Dartmouth College in 1947. After graduation, he entered radio broadcasting as an announcer at WKBR in Manchester and WTSV in Claremont, NH. He later became program director and part owner of WTSV. In 1960, he became a Life Underwriter. He died in 2004.
