Biography
Benjamin Franklin was born on March 20, 1650 in Northamptonshire, England. He was the brother of Josiah Franklin and uncle of Benjamin Franklin (1706-1790). Franklin was a silk dyer in London and emigrated to Boston in 1715. He died on March 17, 1727 in Boston, Massachusetts.
