Patten, Rufus E.
Biography
Rufus E. Patten was a resident of Claudia, NH in the mid-1800’s. In 1841, Patten resigned from his military post as Colonel of the 17th Regiment of NH. Later, in 1846, Patten become a Justice of the Peace for NH.
