Young, E. Harold

 

Biography

E. Harold Young was born in Paola, Kansas, later moving to Pittsfield, New Hampshire, where he served as the executive secretary of the Eisenhower-for-President Committee of New Hampshire, and as a New Hampshire delegate to the Republican National Convention in 1952. He was a Pittsfield, NH Selectman, a college professor, and a freelance writer and photographer.

Includes correspondence, campaign notes, newspapers and clippings, propaganda and advertising pamphlets, posters, pledge cards, photographs and the text of speeches and addresses given, as well as additional assorted memorabilia associated with the campaign.
