Biography
George Bush (12 June 1796, Norwich, Vermont – 19 September 1859, Rochester, New York) was an American biblical scholar, pastor, abolitionist, academic and advocate for the restoration of the Jews to the Holy Land. A member of the Bush family, he is a distant relative of both President George H. W. Bush and President George W. Bush.
