Biography
Norman McCulloch was born on September 22, 1928 in Rhode Island. He matriculated at Dartmouth in the fall of 1946 at the age of twenty, having spent an extra year at Phillips Andover Academy and two years in the Navy before coming to Dartmouth as a member of the Class of 1950. Following his graduation from Dartmouth, Mr. McCulloch stayed involved with Dartmouth, holding the following positions, among others: president, Alumni Council 1969-72; member of the Board of Trustees, 1975-1988, chairman of the Board of Trustees, 1986 –88; national chair of the Campaign for Dartmouth , 1977-82; and chairman of the Board of Visitors, Dickey Center for International Understanding, 1989-Present.
