Biography

George French Ingalls was born in Waukegan, Illinois, in 1892 and was graduated from Dartmouth College in 1915. He received his MLA from Harvard University in 1921 and became a landscape architect with the United States Department of the Interior, National Park Service.

George French Ingalls (b. 1892), ambulance driver. Dartmouth College Class of 1915. The collection contains correspondence and diaries documenting his experience in the United States Army Ambulance Service with the French Army during the First World War.
