Presidential Transition Files, 1980 - 1981

This series contains correspondence, photocopies and carbons of correspondence, memoranda, reports, clippings and other materials gathered during the presidential transition between the administrations of John G. Kemeny and David McLaughlin. Also includes some materials from McLaughlin's position as chairman of the Board of Trustees. Files document McLaughin's chairmanship of Board, the resignation of John Kemeny, and provide background information on College issues leading into the McLaughlin presidency.
