From the Box: Contains newspaper clippings and journal entries as well as some manuscripts, drafts, magazine articles, correspondence, photographs and other memorabilia relating to the White Mountains, the C.C.C. Camps of the Great Depression, and an expedition to Alaska called the Fairweather Trip. Also some material relating to Monahan’s days at Dartmouth and at Pawtucket High School in Rhode Island. Folder entitled “The Lost Seeker” contains photos of the Old Man in the Mountain.
