TUCK SCHOOL INVESTITURE 6/8/96; "These tapes contain the direct program output of the MCET Production truck. They include all graphic elements introduced into the program (titles, lower thirds, etc). Tape one also contains the entire march onto Tuck Green. Audio Problems: Just prior to the start of the recording an audio problem was found with FO&M's feed to the productiont truck. An attempt was made to use wireless microphones in place of the feed. The first 15 minutes of the tape have uneven and inconsistent audio tracks (the audio cuts in and out). It was finally established that we would record the FO&M feed to track 1 and the wireless outputs to track 2. Also the opening remarks of Dean Danos were interrupted when FO&M unexpectedly pulled our feed during the comments. The final edited program attempts to cover this. Video Problems: During the start of the program recordings the video was mis-routed to the record deck. There are about 4 1/2 minutes of black or the absence of video near the end of seating and the opening remarks."; Beta
