Correspondence, 1939 - 1942

Letters written home include Andrew Wood’s involvement in the 1939 Winter Carnival and recreational skiing, as well as his membership in the Delta Tau Delta fraternity, Council on Student Organizations, Band, and Green Key. The letters also include Andrew’s initial reaction to the attack on Pearl Harbor in December of 1941, and later, his application to the United States Navy and the Yale School of Law during the spring of his senior years.
