A copy of “A Historical Phonology of Abenaki,” a thesis completed by McGill University student Janet Leila Warne. The abstract describes the process of comparing Proto–Algonquin (Algonquian) language with the Saint Francis Abenaki and Kennebec River Abenaki dialects. A handwritten note on the back of the first page gives thanks Gordon Day.
