The “Piscataqua Papers,” which identified “Indian names” in New Hampshire and Maine, where Eastern Abenaki dialect would have been spoken. Written by F. Parkman Coffin, these notes pay specific attention to the Piscataqua River, as well as the tributaries/streams that branch off it.
