Description
Ray Byrne was drafted in 1968 and sent to Vietnam as an infantryman in the 2/12th Infantry, 25th infantry division. He became a battalion correspondent/photographer for the 2/12th and worked with SP4 Greg Stanmar. After the war, Ray worked with Formula One race car teams for a while. Then, he became a contractor in Pacific Grove and Pebble Beach, California; Location: 25th Infantry Division Base, Cu Chi, South Vietnam; photo by Jeff Hinman '68
