Description

Taking a break in a rice farming hamlet. Note the Vietnamese woman with a grain rake. Jim Williams was drafted from Levittown, PA in 1968 and sent to Vietnam as an infantryman in the 2nd Battalion, 12th Infantry, 25th Infantry Division. He became a correspondent/photographer in the 2/12, 25th Inf Div in 1969 until the end of his tour in 1970. He later became a soils engineer and lives in Wycombe, PA with his wife Lynn.
