Description
Sgt. Jonart, 20 years old, was a graduate of the Army's NCO school after enlisting. Men who were trained in non-commissioned officers schools were called "Shake N Bakes" in reference to their quick acquisition of rank as opposed to regular army men who achieved their rank over longer periods of time.
