6th Annual John G. Kemeny Prize in Computing for Undergraduates, 1974-04-29
Description
Judging will be done separately for each catagory, and will be based on: Significant and Relevance to the Area of Application or System; Quality of the Design and Organization of the Program; Elegance of Programming Technique and Style; Neatness and Readability in the Comments and Program Statements; Completeness and Quality of Written Documentantion and Manuals; Entries must be made in either of two catagories -- Applications and Systems. (Generally, entries employing machine language will be considered in the Systems catagory; others will be considered in the Applications catagory). Entries must include major computer program, but beyond that may pertain to any area of application of the time-sharing system. (Entries must be complete with listings, dodumentation, and sample runs. Testimonial letters from faculty members attesting to the significance of the project may be included, but are not required. Prize winning Entries from previous years will not be considered). All entries must be submitted to the Director of the Kiewitt Computation Center by Monday 29 April 1974.
