The oral history interview of Fred Perkins is comprised of one audiocassette recording and a tape log of the recording. The interview was conducted by Arthur M. Wilson on Nov. 11, 1974 in Hanover, NH. The entire interview runs for approximately one hour. Professor Perkins talks about the Math Department in the 1920s and 1930s and the changing trends in instruction, the disagreements in the department along with the Chairmanship of the Math Department and the graduate program. He also discusses Baker Library and World War II.
