George Ticknor letter
Description
Two-page letter from George Ticknor in Boston, Massachusetts to Jeremiah Mason, in which he refers to a speech Mr. Webster gave Jan. 2, 1815 on the Bank of the United States, as well as another one on Revenue, given in 1816. Also wants information on the Dartmouth College Case. Says he thinks Mr. Webster's influence in Washington has increased.
