Description

Eleven-page letter from Cutting Marsh in Statesburg near Green Bay to John Codman with the history and the present condition of the settlement of Stockbridge Indians on the Fox River. Rev. Jesse Miner died March 22, 1829. Oneida and Menominie settlements in the vicinity. Mention of the American Board. (Part of this letter was written in 1832)
