Description
The papers of Burt McConnell contain shorthand diaries with transcripts, correspondence with Robert L Borden, Olaf Swenson, Vilhjalmur Stefansson and others, as well as printed matter and memorabilia related to the Canadian Arctic Expedition of 1913-1914 and the "Karluk" rescue mission (1914). Manuscripts as well a printed copies of articles written by McConnell are also included.
