Three-page letter from B.F. Perry in Greenville, South Carolina to Daniel Webster in Boston, telling him the Mr. Calhoun has not united the South against the Federal Government. The slave questions might lead to a confederacy of slave-holding states. Appeals to the North not to interfere with the domestic policy of the South.
