Description
Letters from Henry Wadsworth Longfellow in Brunswick, Maine to George Ticknor in which he tells Ticknor that he is annoyed at his publishers because they delayed his book. Requests Ticknor to write a recommendation for him for New York University (recommendation June 18, 1834). Also thanks him for books and writes of his wife's death. Describes Heidelberg and mentions George Washington Greene, other friends and Prof. Julius.
