Description

The papers of William Stickney contain manuscripts, drawings, newspaper clippings, photographs, notes and one letter from Stickney to H.L. Bridgman, documenting Stickney's experience as one of two Dartmouth students allowed to accompany Charles Henry Hitchcock on his 1897 journey to Greenland on board the steam whaler "Hope."
