Description
The papers of Robert Bell contain correspondence related to his work on the Hudson's Bay Expeditions of 1884 and 1885, as well as his work for the Geological Survey of Canada and his interest in other matters pertaining to the Arctic. Includes letters from Julien Stewart Camsell, Henry Philip Dawson, Moritz Karl Lindeman, W.W. Routledge and William J. Skynner. Notes regarding field expenses and medical cases treated on board the S.S. Alert are also included.
