Description

An anonymous description of a tour from Boston to New York to Quebec City and thence to Montreal via the steamboat "Canadian Eagle" on the Saint Lawrence River. The travel narrative is written in the form of two letters to "Celina", the first dated 25 July and the second beginning on 26 July 1839. Includes descriptions of events, scenery, and travel via steamboat. Creator unknown.
