Description

Three-page letter from Dorus Clarke in Boston, Massachusetts to Samuel Fletcher, telling him that the American Colonization Society is attempting to buy a ship to convey emigrants to Liberia, names men who will contribute. It is proposed to hold a convention for New England members at Boston.
